The 2013 model is a full X-ply wave sail designed to create the perfect blend between power and control.

Updates to increase the strength and reduce the weight include the elimination of all aesthetic mark cloth, less seams and reduced patching due to the introduction of SpiderFibre.

Increased manoeuvrability and reduced weight may tempt the most hardcore of S-1 riders to consider the BLADE as their 5 batten wave sail.

But power hasn’t been sacrificed, with the inherent traits of producing speed through bottom and top turns still applying.

The SpiderFibre makes the sail even more bombproof for when you mess it up and send it down the shaft, but the likelihood of that is less because vision has been massively improved using the viewfinder panel layout.”
